Pest Control FAQ
Pest Control FAQ | East Valley Arizona
Clear answers about pricing, service expectations, treatment safety, scorpion control, commercial pest control, and common Arizona pest questions.
Pricing & Service
Simple answers about getting started with Faze Pest Solutions.
How much does pest control cost?
Ongoing general pest control starts at $60/month after an initial service. Initial general pest service is typically $150, with $50 off the first service when that promotion is active. Specialty issues such as German roaches, rodents, bees, wasps, or pigeon control may require custom pricing.
Do I need a contract?
No long-term contracts are required for standard service. We use a simple service agreement for each job that outlines the work, pricing, and our guarantee. Month-to-month options are available, and prepaid plans may include a term to protect service and pricing.
What happens if pests come back?
If covered pests return between scheduled services, contact us and we will come back to address the issue under our service guarantee.
Safety & Treatment
Professional treatment should come with clear communication and label-conscious application.
Are treatments safe for kids and pets?
We use professional pest control products and apply them according to label directions. In most cases, once treated areas are dry, people and pets may re-enter unless we provide different instructions for a specific service.
How long does pest control take to work?
Some pests may be affected quickly, while others take several days or longer depending on pest type, infestation level, weather, entry points, and treatment method.
Why am I still seeing bugs after pest control?
Seeing some pest activity after treatment can be normal, especially during the first several days. Treatments may flush pests out of hiding areas, and some products work over time as pests contact treated zones.
General Pest Questions
Helpful guidance for common pest control questions Arizona homeowners ask.
Do I need pest control if I do not see bugs?
Not always, but regular service can help reduce pest pressure before activity becomes obvious. In Arizona, ants, roaches, spiders, scorpions, and rodents can become active quickly during seasonal changes.
How often should pest control be done in Arizona?
Many East Valley homes benefit from monthly or recurring service because pest pressure can stay active much of the year and change with weather, irrigation, landscaping, and nearby activity.
What pests do you treat?
Faze Pest Solutions treats common Arizona pests including ants, spiders, roaches, scorpions, rodents, wasps, crickets, bee or hive issues, pigeon problems, and more. Some pest issues may require a custom plan.
Scorpion & Arizona-Specific Questions
Scorpion control in Arizona works best when treatment and prevention are handled together.
What attracts scorpions to my home in Arizona?
Scorpions are often attracted by food sources, moisture, shelter, and access points. Common issues include other insects, block walls, landscaping debris, irrigation, garage gaps, and cracks or openings around the home.
Do scorpions come up through drains or plumbing?
Scorpions are more commonly found entering through gaps, doors, garages, wall voids, and exterior openings. If you are seeing frequent activity indoors, an inspection can help identify likely entry points and pressure areas.
Do you offer scorpion control?
Yes. Scorpion control may include exterior treatment, entry-point treatment, harborage reduction recommendations, and recurring service to help reduce pest pressure around the home.
Commercial Pest Control
Commercial service is customized around the property, pest pressure, and service needs.
Do you offer commercial pest control?
Yes. Faze Pest Solutions provides pest control for businesses, properties, and facilities across the East Valley.
How is commercial pest control priced?
Commercial pest control is custom quoted based on property size, pest activity, service frequency, and specific needs.
What types of businesses do you service?
We can help restaurants and food service locations, offices, warehouses, property management and HOAs, retail spaces, and multi-family housing.
